This EPC contract was signed between Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) and the ASTER Private Limited - State Corps JV. The scope of work comprises Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), including design, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of four (4) 110/20 kV substations located in Chesht Sharif, Aobey, Karokh, and Pashton Zarghoon districts of Herat Province, Afghanistan.
