This was a Design-Build / EPC project for a 220kV single-circuit transmission line from Charikar to Gulbahar. The scope included towers, conductors, insulators, OPGW system, foundations, ROW management, security, and civil works, with towers designed for future double-circuit expansion. The project has been successfully completed.
